Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 167bd platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the individual will be suspended, all bonuses and promotional credits will be voided, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

As a registered user of the 167bd platform, you agree to use the service in a lawful, responsible, and respectful manner at all times. The following obligations apply to all 167bd account holders without exception. Breach of any obligation set out in this section may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action depending on the severity of the breach.

• Accurate Information: You must provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information on your account at all times. Any change to your registered name, address, mobile number, or payment method details must be updated promptly and verified in accordance with our KYC procedures.
• Credential Security: You are responsible for all activity conducted on your account. The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 167bd platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, all balances (including deposits and winnings) may be forfeited, and the incident may be reported to relevant financial or legal authorities.

• Fraud & Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider in bad faith — where the transaction was legitimately processed by 167bd — constitutes fraud. 167bd will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and reserves the right to pursue recovery through legal channels.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified by email or live chat as soon as reasonably practicable. Investigations are typically completed within 10 business days. During the suspension period, access to the gaming balance, including deposits and winnings, may be withheld. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance released in full.

In no event shall 167bd's total aggregate liability to any individual player, arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform, exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

167bd reserves the right to amend, revise, update, or supplement these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law or regulation, changes in platform features or services, updates to payment processing arrangements, or any other operational or commercial change that 167bd considers relevant to the player relationship.

When material amendments are made to these Terms, 167bd will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account — this may take the form of an in-platform notification, a message to the player's registered mobile number, or an update notice displayed at login. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 167bd with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings — whether oral or written — between the parties relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
